QUESTION: How can I purchase a Gift Certificate?
ANSWER: You can purchase a Gift Certificate from ESP Salons & Spa, Inc. (5250 Genesee Street, Bowmansville, NY 14026) for either a specific dollar amount or a particular service with me. What is great about this, is if the receiver decides not to do a service with me, they can use it for, or toward, any of the many services ESP offers. QUESTION: I would like a session with you but am unsure when I will be in the Buffalo area. When I do get to Buffalo, can I call you and get in to see you that day?
ANSWER: I would suggest, that once you know for sure when you are coming, call me then to schedule an appointment. The worst that can happen, is you call to cancel it but at least you are on the calendar. Unfortunately, it is not likely to get in to see me the same day.
QUESTION: My friends and I were talking, you always have these quick little sayings that you have us say when things seem to be out of whack for whatever the reason. We can always feel the difference immediately and yes it still does amaze us! BUT...Is there something we can say to remember them?
ANSWER: This is the #1 most common question I get, in a variety of ways. First, you have to remember, it's all intent! There is no right way or wrong way to say anything. It is your thought that creates your intention and your intention to release and let go is what is causing action within you and your bodies. You can have the thought be something like you always know what to say or do to release the way you are feeling or whatever it is you are trying to do. That should do it. As I've mentioned before, we all have the answers inside of us, we just have to let what we have placed over it go. These little saying and your intention will help.

QUESTION: Why haven't I heard of ReNae™ anywhere else?
ANSWER: I am the originator of ReNae™. It is something that I have come up with from a variety of techniques and things that I have learned and done over the years. I utilize the ability to see energy, speak to your bodies and listen to what your body's energy and other parts of you tell me to clear out the energy blocks and other things limiting and holding you back.
QUESTION: What is Ear Coning/Candling?
ANSWER: This is a wonderful procedure to have done if you have a problem with water in your ears or if you have a sinus or ear infection. Ear Coning, sometimes known as "ear candling" was used by the Egyptians, Essenes, Chinese, East Indians, and Tibetans over 3,000 years ago. Ancient cultures of North and South America and Lemuria have also been associated with this technique. Today, ear coning is practiced all over the world. In this procedure, I use a hollow cone, that is hand made with 100% unbleached cotton, 100% beeswax, essential oils, herbal extracts and flower essences. The burning cone creates a gentle, soft flow of warmth and smoke that flows into the ear, drying the ear out, helping to soften and draw out old earwax, and to soothe the ear. The process is very soothing, relaxing and non-invasive. At no point does the tip of the candle or the ear become hot to touch. QUESTION: I get Raindrop Therapy once a month. You offer Essential Raindrop Therapy is it the same as Raindrop Therapy?
ANSWER: Yes and No. I named mine the Essential Raindrop Therapy because it is slightly different from the original Raindrop Technique. I do not call it a Raindrop Technique because it is not the same as what is being taught in a Raindrop Technique and if someone came to me that had a Raindrop Technique and was expecting the same essential oils and technique used on them in a prior session, it is not what they would get with me. Here is a brief description of both services, you be the judge. Essential Raindrop Therapy, I use a variety of Young Living Essential Oils, and my intuitive abilities, to tap into your body and allow it to guide me to the use of Essential Oils that will best assist your body in re-balancing itself and anything else it needs. The body will also direct me as to where on your head, ears, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, back, lower legs and/or feet the oils are applied. Each session is different and vary in the use of Young Living Essential Oils. I also incorporate a portion of the ReNae™ Session with each Essential Raindrop Therapy session. In a typical Raindrop Technique, the practitioner uses a series of Nine (9) Essential oils (Aroma Life, Basil, Cypress, Marjoram, Oregano, Peppermint, Thyme, Valor and Wintergreen). You use the same oils each time, and they are placed on the same area of the body each time. They have a variety of services you can choose from Massages, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, Ear Coning, etc. I sometimes do the Ear Coning sessions for a spa party but that is about it.
