This session will vary with each individual. In all sessions, you will be taught where and how to tap your body as it communicates to you what needs to be cleared. We will communicate, neutralize the fear and feelings and clear your body as it brings forward limitations held within your body. Your body communicates with Renae’ as she teaches you the technique while creating an open line to your bodies for easier clearing and communication. This session will be done while you sit in a chair or lay on the massage table, whichever your body is more comfortable with and depending on how deep the issue is we will be working on. You will learn what your “focal” point is and where your body holds its fears. This is another very powerful session deigned to leave you with complete knowledge of how to do this at home.

This session is a very powerful, relaxing and laying on of the hands session. Renae' will lay her healing hands on various areas of your body as your bodies' energies realign their internal and external energies to provide you with a deep sense of relaxation. Your body will also clear limitations it has been holding onto. As your body releases, it relaxes into itself allowing an internal release and "expansion" of the energy flow. A very relaxing and powerful session.
Add an Aqua chi foot bath for an additional $20 You and Renae’ will have a conversation as she uses her abilities to see energy and communicate with other aspects of you to see what you need to do in order to get back on track to your “path” or whatever it is you feel you are not fulfilling in your life. Together you will decide what is the best “clearing” to do in order to get you back on track. You will also be given techniques to do after the session to assist you in your continuous clearing. You and Renae' may also discuss other options for therapies that will assist you in obtaining your goals. Reiki is a gentle, non-intrusive touch therapy that brings wholeness, deep relaxation and a sense of peace and wellness to the receiver. It is a complement rather than an alternative to the healing qualities of traditional "Western" medicine and is not intended to be used as a substitute for medical treatment. Reiki can be defined as a non-physical healing energy made up of life force energy that is guided by the Higher Intelligence, or spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki energy flows where it is needed in the client creating the healing conditions necessary for the individual’s needs. It cannot be guided by the mind or be misused, as it is always in the purest form of healing and always in the individual's highest and best good.
AQUA-CHI DETOX FOOT BATH

You will have a brief discussion of the intention of your session and Renae' will then bring your body into a meditative type journey which will allow your bodies to heal and move beyond fears and limitations. After the journey, you and Renae' will discuss what you can do on a daily basis to empower yourself and move beyond the situations that pull you from your peaceful, empowered state so that you may live the life you choose.
Special Note: Long Distance charges apply to this session according to your long distance carrier.
If available, you may choose to use a head set or speaker phone so you can relax to a deeper level without the concern of holding the telephone. In some cases, land lines work best so the battery does not die on the telephone you are using.
